We can process your data using the latest software packages available and can screen your files for duplicates, gone-away records, bereavements and Mailing Preference Service subscribers (MPS), providing you with a multitude of reports on the quality of your data both before and after processing. Together with mailsort services and general address cleansing capabilities, Plus Five are able to offer a comprehensive data service, helping you to be cost efficient in your marketing communications.

Personalisation

Utilising our Xerox laser printing and hi speed ink jet equipment, we are able to personalise almost any format of paper document, including direct mail letters, postcards, envelopes and even booklets.

Enclosing and Fulfilment

We have many years’ experience in the direct mail business and are capable of handling the most complicated and intensive direct mail campaigns. Whether the requirement is bespoke or standard, Plus Five have the facilities and expertise to make it happen. We are able to hand enclose into envelopes, polybags or boxes and can machine enclose up to 8 inserts into C4 envelopes as well as up to 6 inserts into C5 envelopes. We also offer the added facility of OCR camera matching that enables two personalised items to be securely matched and enclosed mechanically. Daily collections by Royal Mail ensure your campaigns are despatched directly into the postal system with ease.
